General Questions
Flag sizes are usually 30" x 48" or 36" x 60". However, other sizes are available upon request.
Both the Auto Banner and the Auto Flag come pre-assembled and configured. It is 100% ready out of the box.
The banners or flags are easily interchanged by removing the original cartridge and replacing it with a new one of your choosing.
The remote can last up to 6 months before needing a recharge. Obviously this varies depending on usage.
The remote can operate up to 15 yards away.
Shipping Questions
All orders take about 1 - 2 business days to prepare, and about 7 to 10 business days to ship. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground from our distribution center in Garland Texas. If you need your order quicker, please contact at 1-813-404-2816 or email us at CJHLimitedLLC@gmail.com
No, we do not send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge
